The International Workshop on Polarized Sources, Targets & Polarimetry, which is sponsored by the International Spin Physics Committee, has been hosted for more than 20 years, regularly circulating between the USA, Europe and Japan. Although dedicated Meetings exist for some of the fields covered, the Workshop is meant to give a general, but comprehensive view of the technology involved in the polarization experiments and applications, encouraging discussions and exchange of informations between the different fields. To this aim the program will foresee round-table discussions on the basic limitations of the various polarization techniques and possible paths for future progress. Visibility will be given to new ideas and proposals.

The topics of the Workshop will include:
- Polarized Electron Sources
- Polarized Proton and Deuterium Sources
- Polarized Internal Targets
- Polarized 3He Ion Sources and Targets
- Polarimetry (e, p, d) at Low and High Energy
- Polarized antiprotons
- Polarized Solid Targets

Participants who intend to give a presentation are invited to submit an abstract to before June 30th. All the oral contributions will be published after the Workshop and one copy of the Proceedings will be sent out to all the registered participants.

The site of the conference will be the Camera di Commercio, Via Borgo dei Leoni 11, just in front of the Castle of Ferrara.

The registration fee, amounts to 250.00 Euros if paid before July, 31st and 300.00 Euros for payment at the Conference Desk. Deadline for registration is August 31st.
