The CERN ATTRACT-uRANIA project, funded by the European Community, deals with the development of a neutron imaging detector based on micro-resistive well technology. The aim is to design an efficient, low cost and high spatial resolution detector to compensate for the scarse availability of helium-3. The aim of the project is to demonstrate the functioning of this detector through a test campaign of several prototypes. The INFN Ferrara group leads the project and contributes to the development of the detector and the reconstruction software by participating in the beam tests and analysis of the collected data.
